Thank you to all who came out to our big Shindig 25 year anniversary community event!! It was so wonderful to see all of you and reconnect on our special day. As you know we have invested in the Mills River Community for over TWO decades now, and are committed and here to stay! Serving the people in our country town has been more rewarding than we could have ever even imagined.
The backbone of our town is its small business owners. A big thank you to all our Sponsors and Vendors who participated in our event! We have shared their links with you below…please take a moment and see what each one has to offer. Just a stone’s throw away from MRFC is our good friends at Conosur. They have amazing and unique food including delicious selections for gluten free folks. Pisgah Coffee Roasters, just down the road toward Brevard from us, has a long heritage in the coffee industry. We ALL love hanging out at Bold Rock with their delicious ciders, sundry adult beverages, tasty food truck and great family atmosphere…even our four-legged family members are welcome! Whit Lanning of Burning Bush Brewery believes his doors should be open early fall of 2019 and we are really looking forward to visiting these neighbors as well!! Conserving Carolina, with strategic plans to beautify Mills River, was also there. We will highlight them in our next blog! We always love and appreciate the flowers from Judy, the Dahlia Queen, at Poppins Posies on Ray Hill Road. Big shout out also to our new local bank, Champion Credit Union, for the merchandise they donated. Finally, thank you to the Mayor of Mills River for coming out to our celebration, and for cutting our ribbon!! What a memorable day for us!!
